Remember, some months back we brought you the MTN Self Service (181), which helps you to cure your common phone call problems for FREE. This service now comes in Yoruba, Hausa and Igbo.

By dialing 181 you have access to the MTN Self Service and the opportunity to get information on how to check your Account Balance, solve your Recharge card problems, get information on MTN Products (MTN4U inclusive) & Value Added Services, how to migrate from one tariff plan to another and about how to bar and unbar your calls, all for FREE! And now you have a choice to listen to all the options in English, Yoruba, Hausa and Igbo!

With this self-help service, you won't need to spend a kobo and you can spend much time as you want on the call. Interestingly, if you have more complicated needs, then you can dial 180, the MTN Customer Services Help line, where you will have the chance to speak with an operator at a flat fee of N25 (twenty five Naira) only.
